Im confused. Ive seen 650 cc's in both single and twin cylinders, with the twins putting out much more horsepower. How can they both be considered 650 cc engines? Also, why cant they make a single cylinder with two exhaust ports? Wouldnt that decrease the backfiring and give it more response and horsepower? As you can tell, im no mechanic!
